Changing a Reservation
For security reasons, existing bookings cannot be modified online. However, there are three possibilities for modifying a reservation:
Rebook: Rebook new dates and cancel your original reservation.
Before canceling make sure rooms are available on the new dates, and make the new booking before
canceling the old reservation. Otherwise you may end up with no reservation at all if there are no new dates available,
and you’ve already cancelled your original booking.
Call us: Contact our Customer Service Center at 1-866-270-2849 - have your confirmation number ready before speaking
to the operator.

charged international rates by your local phone company.)
Email us: Email us at reservations@yayski.com. Be sure to include your name, confirmation number and the name
of the hotel. It'll enable us to help you more rapidly.
Note: Reservation changes made after the cutoff date may be subject to a $25 change fee. Check the hotel cancellation policy
section printed at the bottom of your confirmation email. Changes or cancellations made after check-in are subject to 100% penalty.
Once you have checked into a hotel you cannot cancel nor receive credit for unused nights if you check-out early.
